About Me
Hey there, I’m Lujain, but you can call me LJ, because let’s be honest, my name can be a linguistic adventure for some people. As a computer and communication engineer, my daily grind involves cracking enigmatic conundrums that leave my colleagues scratching their heads. While it’s awesome to be the office problem-solver, I’ve also learned that no solution will ever win everyone’s heart—talk about a tough crowd!
But wait, there’s more! I’m also a Les Mills instructor who thrives on torturing—I mean, helping—people through rigorous workouts bright and early. There’s something oddly satisfying about seeing sweat-drenched, panting faces in my class, knowing I’ve pushed them to their limits. The cherry on top? When you impact people’s lives in a positive way.
In addition to my other roles, I am honored to be a part of the Les Mills Middle East TAP team—made up of trainers, assessors, and presenters – and proud to be part of a community that is dedicated to making the world a fitter planet—one workout at a time.
Well, that’s me in a nutshell! If you’ve made it this far, congrats on reading my self-deprecating spiel. I’ve been running this website since 2018, sporadically adding new content like a digital ninja. I hope you find the free goodies here useful, or at the very least, mildly entertaining. Cheers!
